We believe the skills to effectively locate, ethically use, and critically evaluate information are as important as factual knowledge and should be taught to all CVU students. We want all students to value and enjoy reading, literature, and free speech as a cornerstone of a democratic society.
Kristin has been selected as the winner of our first writing contest of the year, co-sponsored by The Beat, CVU's student newspaper. Kristin won a $25 gift card to The Flying Pig Bookstore in Shelburne, and her winning story will be featured in the next edition of The Beat.
